I recently moved into a new apartment and the silverware basket for the dishwasher was missing so I ordered this one particular on the internet. The dimensions are 8.5" (length) x 7" (width) and 8" (height, such as handle). If this matters to you, the color is not white, but rather a light gray color. Also, while the description for this product says there is a hinged cover for smaller items, mine didn't incorporate it. This is not a huge deal to me and on the complete this basket does specifically what I necessary it to do. I have employed it for almost three months now with no complaints.
The basket dimensions are correct, the photo is spot on, the description is absolutely incorrect. There is no hinges or doors or something. What you see is what you get. It is grey as well not white or off white. We purchased this for our kenmore dishwasher and it fit fine. No accurate complaints other that the false description had certainly hoped for those features as we are constantly washing frosting suggestions and bottle parts and other modest pieces... But took the gamble as we necessary on asap.
